Head of Sales and Operations

Our Client, operating in the furniture industry is looking for an experienced Head of Sales and Operations to join their team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for:

• Implement operations and sales strategies effectively.
• Oversee ongoing training for sales designers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Manage budgets and control expenditures.
• Hold regular meetings with the leadership team.
• Monitor competition and propose new initiatives.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Guarantee full satisfaction with kitchen installations.
• Recommend strategies for market penetration and marketing.
• Maintain strong social media presence.
• Uphold brand reputation for diligence, care, and integrity.

Working Hours: Monday - Saturday

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years working within the furniture sector.
• Hold an excellent level of English
• Valid driving licence
• Strong leadership qualities
• Assertive, charismatic, and customer-focused
• Creative, detail-oriented, and well-organised
• Proficient with computers and experienced in design software/tools
• Candidates must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
