Crosscraft Malta is looking to recruit a Digital Sales Specialist to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Description:
We are seeking to recruit smart and self-motivated Digital Sales Specialists who believe in providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidates must have a passion for sales and must be able to work on their own initiative as well as within a team.

Main roles and responsibilities include:

• Communicating with clients via telephone, email & Messenger
• Explaining, demonstrating, and selling products
• Updating the company website
• Coordinating transfer of products
• Delivering excellent customer service.

Job requirements:

• IT literacy, preferably with ECDL Certificate
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as within a team
• Clean police conduct
• Experience with WordPress & Photoshop will be considered an asset. However, full training will be provided.

*An attractive remuneration package of up to €20,000 annually will be offered.
