We are currently looking for a Commercial Manager based in Malta to work within an iGaming company offering software and solutions to online casinos. You will be responsible for increasing and managing the revenue from a portfolio of key account customers on a day-to-day basis and supporting the overall business plans in designated territories. If you like to travel, meet key partners, and be part of a function responsible for the overall growth and market development within the regulated iGaming space, then we wish to hear from you!

Your other responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with our existing partners
  • Searching out opportunities that will maximize the distribution of our casino content and grow revenues
  • Act as a mediator between the partners and various departments throughout the company, and on Group level
  • Making calls and initiate meetings with partners and follow up accordingly
  • Writing compelling partnership propositions that have strong ROI
  • Suggesting suitable promotions and negotiate terms with the business partners
  • Forecasting and set performance targets for each new partner based on evaluation and business cases
  • Establishing strong working relationships with the Senior Management and stakeholders in the business
  • Reporting on a monthly basis the performance and upscale of the clients
  • Reporting market insights and give strategic advice to the management
  • Developing and execute business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals
  • Setting high commercial targets and work together with different teams to meet them
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills and a natural ability to spot opportunities for revenue generation
  • Proven record of working within a fast-paced, corporate business development team environment, fulfilling a senior client-facing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to travel when needed
  • High level of energy, drive, and enthusiasm
Education & Experience
  • A degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a similar field
  • Previous experience in the online gambling industry
  • Strong experience in leading all aspects of B2B communication and negotiation
