A new role of Commercial Manager is now available within a company which is a leader in the optical industry. In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
Achieving assigned sales goals across different regions internationally with a strong focus on export
Creating brand sales strategies together with the CCO to grow product sales, but also the overall business
Employing a consultative selling approach with customers to drive immediate sales and establish long-term business partnerships
Having great client management skills, and being proactive to resolve in client issues in a timely manner, while building strong relationships with both new and existing clients
Analysing data and generating reports to identify potential for business growth
Liaising with different department heads to create custom programs that meet the needs of each client
Developing new clients both in Malta and overseas by using different methods available, with a strong focus on export
Reaching B2B sales targets and the company's objectives.
Remaining up to date with the market and being in touch with the different teams within the company to be able to make changes according to the ever changing market.
Completing all administrative tasks such as building and performing presentations for both large and small audiences. Completing all day to day administrative tasks such as travel and expense sheets, weekly reports, and forecasts.
Attending industry trade shows both in Malta and overseas, Company and Regional Group meetings, customer meetings and conferences as needed
