As the Commercial Manager, you will report directly to the COO, having key relationships with the Operations Manager and Senior Management and direct reports, as well as other departments and divisions within the Group.
Responsibilities
Overall responsibility of the Sales and Commercial activities
To manage and coordinate all department functions and maintain a high company profile and image at all times
Coordinate and ensure that activities are handed over to the Operations Manager according to company procedures
To ensure that departmental staff are actively involved, informed, and trained with the latest information and techniques
Organise the department’s commercial activities, strategy, planning, and sales forecasts
Hold weekly commercial meetings with the sales team involving any key team members as needed
Develop a customer care desk and plan on how this can support the division and the overall customer experience within the group
Monitor strategy plans, forecasts, sales progress, and results
Ensure an overall smooth and efficient flow of department functions and activities and support the operations team as needed
Develop and provide KPIs, statistics, and any objectives that help with monitoring
the division’s performance
Monitor and follow up with clients and the company’s principal alike
To ensure department staff development
Be responsible for staff image, behaviour, and discipline
Ensure that company activities are marketable and profitable
Follow-up on client complaints and issues that may arise from time to time
