Malta Business School is looking to recruit a Client Relations Executive to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Responsibilities:
  • Providing excellent service to current and prospective students, to ensure a positive learning experience;
  • Actively promoting our range of courses on various media;
  • Carry out sales calls and sales meetings with prospective learners;
  • Contributing to team discussions with ideas and suggestions;
  • Regular and consistent upkeep of records;
  • Striving to achieve monthly/quarterly targets;
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis;
  • Acting as an ambassador for the company by promoting products and services;
  • Listening to and analysing the individual needs of clients;
  • Identifying new business opportunities in different industries and identifying ways to improve existing products/services;
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results;
  • Attending meetings as needed;
  • Any other duties, as deemed suitable for your role, and as required by management from time to time.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • A Level 5 qualification.
Desirable Employment Experience:
  • Previous experience within a sales environment will be considered an asset.

Required Skills/Attributes:
  • Availability to work full-time basis, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm;
  • Excellent spoken and written English. Proficiency in Maltese will be considered an asset;
  • Strong communication skills, including a customer-focused mindset;
  • A persuasive approach, and a flair for sales;
  • The ability to thrive within a team;
  • A hardworking approach, polite with a can-do attitude;
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure;
  • Tech-friendly and able to work with MS Office. Knowledge and proficiency in various social media marketing platforms will be considered an asset;
  • Results-driven;
  • Excellent people skills and initiative.
