We are looking for a Client Acquisition Specialist to expand and strengthen our portfolio of international clients, including high-end retailers, architects, and designers. This role requires a professional who combines business development expertise with a strong understanding of security solutions, delivering a highly personalised, discreet, and exceptional client experience

Responsibilities:

  • New Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and establish relationships with potential customers to expand the company’s client base and drive new business growth.
  • Reactivation of Previous Clients: Reconnect with former and inactive clients to revive business opportunities and reintroduce the company’s products and services.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets, industry trends, and prospective clients, ensuring a proactive and targeted sales approach.
  • Sales Development: Present tailored solutions that align with client needs and company offerings, contributing directly to revenue and business development objectives.
  • Collaboration with Management: Work closely with the management team to align acquisition strategies with overall sales targets and company goals.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all leads, client interactions, and sales activities within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Ensure the highest possible level of confidentiality with all client information, business strategies, and proprietary data.

Monday to Friday 8am -5pm 

Requirements

  • An excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written, is mandatory for dealing with an international client base.
  • A sophisticated level of French and/or German will be considered a distinct advantage.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in business development, client acquisition, or B2B sales.
  • Impeccable professional demeanour, strong emotional intelligence, and a high degree of tact and diplomacy.
  • Highly organised with a strong ability to manage multiple complex client accounts and project timelines simultaneously.
  • Comfort in understanding and communicating technical specifications for security and mechanical systems (training will be provided on proprietary products).
