Job Responsibilities and Duties
Drive successful game launches by ensuring optimal distribution channels and strategic positioning;
Tailor launch strategies to align with each game’s objectives and unique selling points (USPs);
Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless game launch preparations;
Evaluate studio performance to identify market trends and content gaps, informing strategic planning;
Design and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to maximize growth opportunities, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process;
Manage inbound and outbound leads, assessing new requests against ideal client profiles (ICPs) and uncovering potential needs;
Partner with Delivery, Art, and Engineering teams to support all phases of the sales process, from client engagement to contract finalization;
Monitor key metrics, maintain accurate CRM data, and engage with potential clients through regular communications to accelerate sales;
Act as the studio’s primary commercial ambassador, fostering its reputation through client interactions and expanding its network;
Represent the studio at conferences and events, building and nurturing relationships with key customers.
Experience
Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager role, with a strong background in the iGaming industry;
Fluency in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is a plus;
In-depth knowledge of the iGaming industry and the game development life cycle;
Hands-on experience in managing inbound and outbound sales channels and utilizing relevant sales tools;
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides;
Familiarity with the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) framework will be a plus;
Willingness to travel for conferences and industry events.
Personal Skills
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas both in writing and verbally;
A true passion for gaming and the gaming industry.
