Our client is looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their growing team. Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing the organization's daily sales process and activities as well as acquiring new customers whilst maintaining and building relationships with existing.
Understanding the department's strategy, directions, and values whilst ensuring that the team is aligned with such strategy
Working closely with the Head of Business Development to develop and implement customer-focused strategies, processes, and procedures
Assisting with the setting of budgets, forecasts, and targets
Assisting with reporting, product positioning, and pricing as well as competitor analysis
Liaising with the customer service team to ensure the best customer service
Work closely with the in-house marketing team to identify requirements for any sales and marketing activities to pertinent customers, including but not limited to any sales and marketing collateral and campaigns
In normal circumstances, you will Attend fairs, conferences, and exhibition and will be expected to travel on work as required from time to time
Education and Experience
Minimum 1 years experience in international sales/ B2B Sales
Experience within the communications and mobile messaging industry will be considered an asset
