Our client is looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their growing team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the organization's daily sales process and activities as well as acquiring new customers whilst maintaining and building relationships with existing.
- Understanding the department's strategy, directions, and values whilst ensuring that the team is aligned with such strategy
- Working closely with the Head of Business Development to develop and implement customer-focused strategies, processes, and procedures
- Assisting with the setting of budgets, forecasts, and targets
- Assisting with reporting, product positioning, and pricing as well as competitor analysis
- Liaising with the customer service team to ensure the best customer service
- Work closely with the in-house marketing team to identify requirements for any sales and marketing activities to pertinent customers, including but not limited to any sales and marketing collateral and campaigns
- In normal circumstances, you will Attend fairs, conferences, and exhibition and will be expected to travel on work as required from time to time
Education and Experience
- Minimum 1 years experience in international sales/ B2B Sales
- Experience within the communications and mobile messaging industry will be considered an asset
