MK Pharma Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Brand Executive to join their team on a full-time or part-time basis. Interested candidates must reside in Malta with a valid work permit.

MK Pharma Ltd represents a number of brands in the natural sector, including food supplements, foods, and natural and organic skincare & beauty products. The products are sold in pharmacies, health shops, hospitals, clinics, supermarkets, and other retail outlets.

Job Role: 
Due to accelerated growth, we are looking for a Brand Executive to represent fast-growing brands to increase awareness and market share.

Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Build and drive trustworthy working relationships with healthcare professionals and other key people by understanding their needs and recommending products and solutions to support their objectives and achieve their satisfaction
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and qualitative and quantitative objectives
  • Visit healthcare professionals and other key players to introduce the brand with product/s detailing and provide supporting technical/scientific documentation to encourage prescriptions
  • Monitor sell-out and brand activity through feedback from pharmacists and other key persons and propose the right action plan and commercial activities to improve outcomes
  • Ensure a healthy stock level and replenishment in pharmacies, health shops, and other shops
  • Monitor competitors and market activities to identify business gaps and opportunities and report that - Find new business opportunities and introduce the brand in new accounts in line with the brand image and strategy
  • Represent the brand at professional events to raise brand awareness and recruit new consumers
  • Set a weekly visit plan to ensure optimum coverage and reach and report daily on the visits’ outcomes and feedback.

Requirements: 
  • Be fluent in the English language and preferably Maltese
  • Have a valid driver’s licence
  • Have a clean police record
  • Be a resident in Malta and holder of a valid work permit.
