Melita Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Branch Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

We are looking for a highly motivated, sales-oriented, and customer-centric individual to join our dynamic team and fast-paced work environment within Retail.

Job Role: 
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading & coaching their team to reach sales targets and customer experience objectives/KPIs while ensuring that the outlet delivers a seamless customer experience. In addition, the successful applicant will also oversee and coordinate all operational aspects of the outlet while implementing strategies to improve the branch's overall performance in line with the objectives.

Job requirements:

  • Have a strong understanding of revenue streams and be a target-oriented individual who strives to achieve sales targets and customer experience KPIs
  • Able to work effectively with Microsoft Office products (i.e. MS Excel & MS Word)
  • Able to take ownership of customer issues and provide effective resolutions to resolve customer grievances
  • Have good decision-making skills and the ability to evaluate situations, make logical conclusions, and derive solutions to any problems.
  • Have excellent team player traits and keen on inspiring others by own behaviour and leading by example
  • Derive satisfaction from dealing with customers and resolving issues to their satisfaction
  • Possess good organisational and time management skills while being able to work under time constraints to meet deadlines
  • Have good people skills, a proactive approach to solving problems, and determination to achieve results
  • Have a creative thinking ability to implement change and innovation
  • Having technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills of mobile handsets will be considered an asset
  • Have strong negotiation abilities and excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Be able to work flexible hours according to the outlet demands
  • Be an excellent team player and able to work well with others to achieve common objectives.
