Our client, who operates within the technology industry, is looking to employ a B2B Senior Manager to lead all B2B channels. Reporting directly to the CCO, your responsibilities include:
Possessing a strong network of key B2B contacts to optimise business rapport and maximise opportunities
Liaising constantly with the Chief Commercial Officer to deploy indicated operational strategies
Ensuring an excellent service to new and existing customer is delivered at all times by following up with Company peers/colleagues where necessary
Delivering accurate activity and other ad-hoc reports as requested by the Chief Commercial Officer and/or the board
Maintaining complete and accurate records of all customer contacts and interactions via the use of provided operational tools
Promoting the entire B2B and B2B2C product portfolio
Identifying opportunities and proposing operational efficiencies in B2B areas under own remit
Skill-sets and Requirements
Excellent command of both oral and written English and Maltese languages
Strong local network
High Level of negotiating skills and fantastic communication skills with people at all levels
Customer and Sales Obsessed
Education & Experience
Minimum of 7 years local experience in B2B Sales managing a large team
Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Business or related
Proficient in MS Office
Proven experience working with high targets and volumes
