Overview

Med Media Services is seeking a proactive, persuasive, and results-driven B2B Sales & Partnerships Manager to lead our business growth by forging high-value commercial relationships. This role is dedicated to identifying and closing new business opportunities, especially within the B2B space, advertisers, tourism boards, media agencies, cultural institutions, and corporate sponsors, locally and internationally.

You will be at the forefront of monetising our rich Mediterranean content and international reach, securing commercial partnerships that elevate Med Media Services influence and revenue. Working alongside the Marketing Manager and our executive team, you will be directly responsible for delivering measurable sales outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Sales Development

  • Identify, target, and secure new B2B clients in sectors such as tourism, FMCG, financial, real estate, and public institutions.
  • Craft tailored sales proposals and packages aligned with clients' brand goals and Med Media Services audience profile.
  • Build a scalable client pipeline and nurture warm leads through to deal closure.

2. Deal Closure & Revenue Generation

  • Take full ownership of the sales funnel from prospecting to contract signing.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements with a focus on long-term value.

3. Strategic Account Management

  • Serve as the lead contact for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and renewal.
  • Understand clients' KPIs and provide performance insights based on campaign results.
  • Create upselling opportunities and cross-promotional initiatives.

4. Market Positioning & Partnerships

  • Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, media buyers, and institutional partners.
  • Position the company as a premium content partner for cross-Mediterranean storytelling and branded campaigns.
  • Attend B2B networking events, expos, and media summits representing the company brand.

5. Sales Process & Tools

  • Implement a structured sales workflow with CRM tracking and pipeline reporting.
  • Optimize sales presentations, media kits, and pricing models.
  • Analyze conversion rates and refine outreach strategies.

6. Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work with the Audience Generation and Creative teams to align sales with audience insights and content strategies.
  • Collaborate on custom content proposals, branded series, and native advertising initiatives.

7. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Conduct competitive analysis and spot emerging trends in media advertising and partnerships.
  • Report monthly to senior leadership on sales performance, ROI, and pipeline status.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales or media partnerships, especially in advertising, publishing, or broadcasting.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and reporting dashboards.
  • Fluent in Maltese and English; knowledge of French, Italian, Spanish, or Arabic is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

 

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position with occasional travel required.
