B2B Sales Executive

Our client, a leading retail company on the island, is looking for a B2B Sales Executive to enhance their commercial sales. Your responsibilities will include:

• Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization’s products
• Communicating via electronic means, visit clients and delivers presentations to existing and prospective customers to create and enhance rapport
• Researching sources for developing prospective customers
• Developing clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
• Responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations; resolves customer requirements by understanding their needs and matching the right items to these needs; offering alternatives if item wanted is not available; upselling when possible
• Studying competition and thinks about new ideas to improve service
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing Company targets and goals as needed

An excellent Basic Salary + Commission are being offered for this position

• Must have a flair for sales, excellent negotiation skills and a charismatic personality
• Able to work on own initiative
• Valid Maltese driving license and own transport are a must
• Knowledge of Maltese and a good level of English is required

• Experience in Sales is a must, whilst previous experience within a similar industry is considered an asset
• Be computer literate with an ECDL Certificate seen as an asset but not a must
