Aftersales Co-Ordinator

A position for an Aftersales Co-Ordinator has arisen within the retail industry.  The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the entire claims process - from initial notification to final claim settlement
• Following up on all claims and updating clients as required
• Ensuring excellent customer service and an aftersales follow-up
• Ensuring that company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements are adhered to
• Be in contact with suppliers to place aftersales orders in a smooth way
• Being responsible for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on outstanding claims
• Taking care of any other duties that may be required for the smooth running of the department

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar role
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English and Maltese languages, Italian is considered an asset
• Previous experience in customer or client facing role

• A’ Level standard of Education
