Our client, a leading company with luxury brands, is searching for an Aftersales Administrative Assistant. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
  • Answering phone calls, take in clients at front desk
  • Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
  • Completing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
  • Exhibiting polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
  • Supporting team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
  • Ensuring operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques
  • Providing information by answering questions and requests
  • Maintaining supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Must have a positive character as will be dealing with clients
Education & Experience
  • Minimum of A-Level Education
  • Experience within client-facing roles, sales, or customer care is a must
  • Proficient in MS Office
