Our client, a leading company with luxury brands, is searching for an Aftersales Administrative Assistant. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
Answering phone calls, take in clients at front desk
Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
Completing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
Exhibiting polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
Supporting team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
Ensuring operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques
Providing information by answering questions and requests
Maintaining supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Skill-sets and Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English
Excellent organisation skills
Must have a positive character as will be dealing with clients
Education & Experience
Minimum of A-Level Education
Experience within client-facing roles, sales, or customer care is a must
