Your Role:

You will lead our after-sales, service, and parts division, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience. You will be responsible for managing technicians, optimising service delivery, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving department profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all after-sales service, repairs, maintenance, and parts operations.
  • Develop and execute strategies for aftermarket growth and profitability.
  • Manage key customer accounts, service scheduling, and handle escalated issues.
  • Lead and mentor the technical team to maximise efficiency and potential.
  • Maintain inventory and conduct stock control.
  • Set and review pricing strategies for parts and labour.
  • Support sales through service-based promotions and insights.
  • Create and monitor performance reports and forecasts.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A Technical Diploma (or higher)
  • Proven leadership skills in a technical service or aftermarket environment.
  • Strong customer service focus with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in inventory and budget management is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • A flair for resolving issues in a timely and profitable manner
  • Fluent in both Maltese and English.
