Advertising Sales Executive

Job Description
Standard Publications Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit an Advertising Sales Executive to join their team on a full/part-time basis.

The Brief:
We publish a portfolio of newspapers and magazines as well as an online news portal. We are looking for someone to join our established advertising sales team to sell advertising space for one of our magazine publications. We need someone who is good with people, has drive, and determination, and is goal-oriented.

Job Role: 
The job involves liaising with clients to advertise within the publication. You will work for hand in hand with our editor and the designer on different features to target prospective clients to reserve advertising space.
 
Requirements: 

• Candidates must have a good working knowledge of English and must also be residents and based in Malta and should have a basic knowledge of the local market (ie applicants should have a certain familiarity with Malta in general and should have been living in Malta for at least a few months);
• Candidates should be computer literate;
• Experience will be considered an asset.
