We are now hiring colleagues who will be the liaison between our company and our current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving our clients’ demands and inquiries; keeping our mission at the core of every decision and behavior.

We are looking for sales representatives whose experience and traits mirror the following:

Your duties & responsibilities:

  • Manage numerous inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner (we will show you how!)
  • Identify clients’ recruitment needs, present our offer, and convince them to accept it (we will train you how to achieve it!)
  • Seize opportunities to upsell the services when they arise (you will tell us how you managed it in your previous jobs!)
  • The ABCS of sales: build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile and keep records in our database 
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets (and they come with rewards!)
  • Further develop and increase sales of the company
  • Maintain updated with the business trends to always remain ahead of competition
  • Work on strategies for seasonal and permanent recruitment requirements in the market

Requirements:

  • Exquisite communication and coordination skills are essential for this position
  • A bright, engaging personality with the can-do attitude, and excellent organisation ability
  • Talent to work at a fast pace without sacrificing the quality of work
  • Three years of experience of working in a similar service oriented and communication-based environment 
  • Ability to practise discretion, work autonomously, and remain calm under pressure
  • Perfect computer skills (MS Office, in particular)
  • Proficient English language and excellent knowledge of your mother tongue
  • Professionalism and ability to create a positive experience in interaction with clients and colleagues 
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (advantage, not a requirement)
