Administration Assistant (Wines & Beverages)

Job Description
Attard and Co Food Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Administration Assistant (Wines & Beverages) to join our team on a full-time basis. 

Our Wines & Beverages department is seeking an Administration Assistant who will closely work with our Wines & Beverages Manager within the Catering Division. 

The selected candidate will be mainly responsible for:

• Back office duties that support our sales team to render the desired service to our clients
• Duties will mainly consist of maintaining clients' details
• Compiling various sales & stocks reports
• Updating of stock card prices & offers, invoicing
• Preparing wine lists/menus and other general office duties.

Requirements:

• The prospective candidate will be fluent in written and spoken Maltese & English
• All the necessary training will be provided but candidates with a basic knowledge of wines will be favourably considered.
