Quality Systems Specialist

Our client, a worldwide life science company that develops and manufactures active pharmaceutical ingredients is looking to onboard a Quality Systems Specialist to join their growing team within the QA department. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Managing, monitoring, supporting and executing of all tasks related to change controls;
• Participating in internal audits, external audits and authority inspections;
• Coordinating and delivering Inductions and GMP refresher training to employees;
• Managing the training system including job descriptions;
• Issuing, controlling and distributing quality documents;
• Managing of pest control program;
• Managing the vendor and service providers qualification program.

• Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and able to work on own initiative and within a team
• Currently based in Malta

• A post-secondary level of education in life sciences or related field, preferably a degree in life sciences
• Previous related experience will be considered an asset
• Good command of English language both written and oral
