Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited (TEVA) in Malta is looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Production Support Specialist to join their team on a full-time indefinite basis, currently on a 2-shift pattern. However, as of March 2023, the working pattern will change to a 4-shift pattern (06:00 AM - 18:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 22:00 PM, rest, off).

The Position:
Working within a challenging and exciting manufacturing environment and reporting to the Quality Assurance Production Support Technical Coordinator the selected candidate will be responsible for all functions as regards the issuing, reviewing, and approval of production documents. We are looking for people who have a very good eye for detail and are precise in their work so as to ensure that such production documents are correctly filled and according to Company procedures. The QAPS Specialist will also be performing and approving amendments to production document templates as well as compiling Product Quality Reviews. Since it’s a continuously changing working environment you will also be participating in ongoing continuous improvement projects within the department.

The Applicant:
We would like to hear from people who:

  • Have an Advanced Level standard of Education or at least have 5 years of experience in the manufacturing of solid dosage pharmaceuticals;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must;
  • Fluent in both oral and written English;
  • Have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to be assertive.
