Head of Quality Management

We have a new Head Of Quality Management position with one of the leading Pharmaceutical companies in Malta. Reporting directly to the Head of Malta Operations as well as to the Quality Director, you will be responsible for the coordination of all Quality Management functions which include the following:

• Maintaining and developing the company quality system and ensuring continued compliance with relevant GMP regulations
• Inspiring  a quality-driven culture within the enterprise
• Providing expert advice and support to other departments on quality issues
• Ensuring that company personnel are adequately trained in quality matters
• Leading the Quality Management Department and ensuring that its activities are properly integrated with the operations at the sites
• Setting and controlling the economic budget, the professional development of personnel and the integration of this department’s function within the operations of the enterprise
