Compliance Executive

Our client, a leading and well established CSP is seeking to recruit a Compliance Executive to join their growing team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities: 

• Assisting with the management of internal audit procedures, practices and documents
• Assisting with the Implementation and management of company policies including risk management policies and procedures
• Ensuring compliance is in line with multi-national anti-money laundering laws and sanctions, and assisting with the reporting of suspicious activities 
• Supporting with the ongoing monitoring and reviewing all communications and notifications with the necessary regulatory bodies
• Collecting and maintaining client due diligence documentation in line with the client on-boarding procedures
• Carrying out risk assessments at on-boarding stage and on a regular basis
• Conducting and analysing client screening investigations
• Evaluating clients and ensuring these are in line with the quality and risk management policies of the company
• Assisting with the delivery of AML and CFT training
• Liaising with relevant departments to address, advise and gather the necessary information on queries to comply with AML / CFT procedures, including compliance checks
• Updating of records, including the upkeep of physical files and electronic systems
• Preparing and submitting of statutory filings as well as performing other statutory obligations

• A minimum one year experience working in a similar role within Compliance
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent team player with a strong ability to work on own initiative
• Candidates holding knowledge in the Corporate regulatory field will be given preference
