Turnkey Supervisor

Job Description
Kencar Group of Companies in Malta is looking to recruit a technically sound person to fill the position of a Turnkey Supervisor to join a young growing team on a full-time basis.

*Candidates applying must have a valid working permit. 

Department:
MEP Department.

Primary Purpose:
The main aim of the Turnkey Supervisor is to lead employees and sub-contractors in order to complete jobs according to the company’s standards and to help and ensure that projects are on time, on budget, and within the customer’s satisfaction.

Main Duties (KPIs):

• Read and understand drawings;
• Inspect sites regularly, overcome problems and see that works are performed on time;
• Prepare weekly schedules and allocate works;
• Provide pro-active support to the onsite team;
• Ensure that the required supplies of materials, tools, and equipment are on-site;
• Make sure the site for work, including ladders or scaffolding and to use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as required;
• Ensure that job sites are cleared at the end of duty and all company tools are collected and excess material is carted away;
• Professional representation of the Company at all times including wearing a clean, company-provided uniform and PPE daily, maintain well grooming and personal hygiene habits, maintain effective communication with customers and co-workers;
• Supervise the work of employees and sub-contractors.

Requisites:

• Has high attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Building services and Finishes technical background;
• Demonstrates confidence in his abilities and be hands-on;
• Be able to keep up to date documentation for each project;
• Exhibits good communication skills with customers, colleagues, and superiors at all times;
• Shows respect, courtesy, and a positive attitude whilst taking care of customer and company property.
