Our Client, one of Malta's leading companies in the Retail finishing industry, is looking for a Project Sales Manager to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for:
Strategically coordinate the Projects Sales Office, ensuring utmost motivation and leading a high-performing sales team.
Ensure that all bids are aligned with the project scope, objectives, and budget.
Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, contractors, and customers.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Regularly review project scope and objectives to ensure that they remain relevant and achievable.
Develop and maintain a detailed project plan that includes timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and take corrective actions when necessary to remain on track.
Regularly review team performance against KPIs, and provide feedback and coaching to help team members improve.
Regularly review project progress against the project plan, and update as needed to reflect changes in scope, timeline or budget.
Skill-sets and Requirements
Posses strong leading, coordination and communication skills
Hold attention to detail, organisational and time-management skills
carry an out going personality with the ability to negotiate
Education & Experience
Degree level in Marketing, Business Administration or a related business field
Previous experience in Sales, Coordination and Negotiation
Previous experience in managing of projects in a large corporate setting
Previous experience in project planning within the Construction, Hospitality and Tendering would be considered an asset
