Project Manager - Manufacturing

A new role of Project Manager is available within the manufacturing industry. Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and guide all internal stakeholders within the company (Purchasing, Supply Chain, Finance, Production and Quality) to deliver on customer contractual expectations
• Find solutions that improve both client satisfaction and order profitability as well as facilitating shipping, invoicing and cash collection
• Review, negotiate and ensure the company is in full compliance with the terms and conditions in contracts
• Responsible to facilitate process to customer complaints and respond to the customer in a timely manner
• Oversee the closing of orders together with the Production and Finance
• Take care of processes for the recording of contract documentation and historical orders

Education and Experience

• A Degree level of education is required 
• Minimum of 3 years experience in project management, contracts management or operations management within manufacturing is necessary
• Fluency in English is a must
• Knowledge and experience is LEAN manufacturing, 5S Methodology and continuous improvement will be a strong asset

Skills

• Ability to lead, coordinate and supervise people in cross-functional teams
• Self-starter and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
• Strong interpersonal, communication and interpersonal skills
• Can work in a fast-paced environment and have a technical aptitude
