Gauselmann Group in Malta is looking to recruit a Project Manager (m/f/d) to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be working closely with the EPG Development Team, and you will be responsible for supporting the planning, development, and implementation of some of our key IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing relatively complex IT projects, excellent communication skills, and a strong technical background.

Responsibilities:

  • The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing aspects relating to our e-wallet product from planning to delivery. This includes developing project plans, and timelines, in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that project goals and objectives are clearly defined. In this task, you will lead project teams and provide guidance to team members to ensure successful project delivery, including monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise.
  • On top of that, you will manage the project scope and schedule and ensure that project goals are met by overseeing project activities and making adjustments as necessary. Communication will be a key responsibility for the role, as you will need to communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and executive leadership through regular status reports, meetings, and other communication channels.
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. This includes project plans, schedules, and other key project deliverables. 
  • Finally, the Project Manager will collaborate with other departments to ensure that project activities align with business objectives and goals. This includes coordinating with development, testing, and other teams as needed to ensure successful project delivery.

 
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an IT project manager, with a minimum of two years of experience
  • Experience managing software development projects, or other IT-related projects
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, ideally with Agile
