Our client is a highly respected multi-disciplinary consultancy providing high-quality design solutions to high-end projects throughout Malta and further afield. Undertaking projects from high-end retail establishments to 5* hotels, this organization’s Interior Design department consistently delivers on making the most of interior spaces. Due to continued expansion and promotions within the business, a Project Manager specialising in Interiors is now required to take responsibility for personnel, operational controls, financial flows, and the finishing of projects.


The responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Complete reports on all operational divisions.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve policies, systems, and procedures.
  • Work to tight budgets and deadlines.
  • Preparation and updating of the daily program of work.
  • Problem-solving includes dealing with issues on-site, staff sickness, adverse weather.
  • Supporting the Director in the preparation of tenders and formulating new project contracts with prospective customers.
  • Conducting thorough site visits to check the work and the standard of work.
  • Create a database with suppliers’ details and update it regularly with products and price comparisons.
  • Ensuring a high level of health and safety on-site at all times.
  • Monitoring and managing employees and subcontractors.
  • Supporting in the preparation of tenders.
Requirements: 
  • Must have experience in a similar role
  • Must hold related qualifications.
