Project Manager - Finishes

As a Project Manager, you will be forming part of a small, tight-knit team operating within the construction industry. Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing commercial and high end residential projects on site assigned to the Project Manager
• Allocating resources, planning and scheduling project timelines
• Coordinating works with sub contracted employees ensuring objectives of such projects are met in a timely manner
• Supervising sites and monitoring any variations to plans
• Dealing with subcontractors, suppliers and employees in a professional manner at all times
• Ensuring that all health & safety rules and regulations are in place and followed by all the team

• Previous experience in Project Management within the local construction industry is a must
• Previous experience leading a team and sub-contractors is preferred
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organisational, planning and project management skills
• Meticulous and flexible
• Currently living in Malta
• Fluent in verbal and written English, whilst Maltese is also seen as a plus

• Relevant education related to Project Management or Interior Design will be given preference
