Project Manager

Frank Salt Real Estate Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
We are currently looking to recruit a committed Project Manager to join our team on a full-time or project basis.
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success, overseeing various aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
• Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to achieve project objectives
• Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders and senior management
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
• Maintain a customer-focused approach, ensuring client satisfaction.

 
Requirements:

• Project Management certification is a plus
• Proven experience as a Project Manager
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Applications
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
