Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Project Manager, who will be responsible for the HVAC & AEP Projects, support department functions, and coordinate and ensure that HVAC and AEP projects are executed in the most efficient
and effective manner

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Salespersons for sales of VRF & AE systems
• Take over the project from the salesperson and familiarise himself with the client and systems confirmed
• Plan program of works involved
• Design and plan Installation of any new systems.
• Co-ordinate works involved with workers or subcontractors.
• Co-ordinate commissioning of all equipment.
• Monitor and record commissioning date with accounts and sales team.
• Correspond and deal with Technical Manager regarding any faults
• Appoint new workers or subcontractors for any products needed
• Plan with the customer care clerks stock for parts for systems above
• Attend courses for training from Suppliers
• Support client needs and ensures that works are carried out in a safe and timely manner
• Co-ordinate work with our customer care department
  
  Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position
• Hold good knowledge of suppliers and contacts
• The ability to manage and lead a team of co-workers
• Be self-confident, efficient and well organized
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Maltese and English
• Currently living in Malta
