Seaview Construction Group c/o Pit Stop Service Complex in Malta is looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities for this job:
- Manage projects throughout from beginning up to completion;
- Liaise with suppliers, third-party contractors, service providers, and other team members;
- Identify plan, and schedule the necessary materials, works, manpower, and logistics required to deliver projects in a timely manner;
- Tries to minimise risks, delays in execution, and keep on budget;
- Carry our regular site visits, Liaise with OHSA and workmen, identify snags and take action to be competed.
Requirements:
- 2 years Experience in Project Management or related role;
- Be proactive and have proven ability to solve problems creatively;
- Excellent analytic skills;
- Must be fluent in English and Maltese (possibly even in Italian);
- Be IT-literate;
- Valid driving license;
- Must be Maltese resident, or EU National. Third Country Nationals are accepted if they are already residing in Malta and have a valid work permit.
