Our client is a project management consultancy delivering excellence for its clients on a wide range of construction projects throughout Malta. Due to continued expansion, a Project Manager is required to join their busy and growing team.
Duties:
- Monitor the progress of the works at a high level whilst overseeing and ensuring project quality is achieved.
- Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to junior staff.
- Meeting with clients and stakeholders
- Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
- Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion.
- Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage.
- Ensuring permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project.
- Procurement of project team; drafting RFPs; preparation of tender documentation.
Requirements:
- PMP / Prince 2 or other suitable project management qualifications.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, MS Project.
