Project Manager

Job Description
Our client is a major construction contractor undertaking a range of high-profile projects throughout Malta. Due to continued expansion and promotions within the business, a Project Manager is now required to join the metal section, take responsibility for personnel up to the Foreman level within the projects assigned to him.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

• Preparation of quotation budgets and technical literature;
• Filling of tenders;
• Estimation of material costs and labour;
• Meeting with new and current clients to identify their needs and requirements;
• Ensuring all projects are carried out in time and in the budget;
• Contract file management.

Requirements:

• Applicants should have a good knowledge of the Maltese market and be proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
