Mechanical & Electrical Project Supervisor

Job Description
Our Client is a Building Services Contractor in Malta and they are undertaking mechanical and electrical installations into a number of commercial new build, refurbishment and extension projects. Therefore, they are looking to recruit Project Supervisors to join their team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidates will lead teams to ensure adequate completion of projects within time and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Managing several M&E Installation Projects;
• Managing, mentoring, and motivating assigned installation teams;
• Identifying and implementing procedures to maximise efficiency;
• Acting as the main point of contact with clients for assigned projects;
• Overseeing of material, equipment, drawings, manuals, and deliveries onsite;
• Maintaining records and project files;
• Ensuring timely and correct billing;
• Ensuring that the work being done is according to the quality and ethical standards of the company.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Supervisor or Team Leader on M&E projects;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• The ability to respond promptly and effectively to resolve problems;
• Demonstrable experience prioritising a busy workload;
• Outstanding time management skills.
