Junior Project Manager

As a Junior Project Manager, you will assist the Director of Group Operations with Adhoc group project requirements; operations, sales, and IT-focused requirements

Responsibilities

To support with:

• Maintaining and enhancing the Elite portal from a business perspective, and conducting business testing before the deployment of any portal changes.
• All Elite portal-related projects, and help steer IT and marketing for portal requests/updates.
• Keeping statistics on all aspects of the Elite program, operations, and projects.
• Preparing reports and statistics for internal/external use
• Dealing with online customer enquiries, and following up with prospective and current clients as may be necessary
• Reviewing, submitting, and tracking applications, whilst also providing full support to clients throughout the online application process and journey.
• Managing all marketing collateral and literature for the Program.

Requirements

• Sales, marketing and/or business development experience
• Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM (ideally Microsoft Dynamics)
• Unquestionable personal code of ethics, integrity and trust
• Intercultural competencies
• Hands-on mentality, and a proactive approach
• Superior written and verbal communication skills in English - Multi-lingual. candidates and fluency in German will be considered an advantage

• Currently living in Malta

• Knowledge and experience in the immigration by investment industry, as well as, project management
• An advanced degree will be considered as an advantage
• Desirable - Undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing, project management, innovation, creativity, or other related disciplines
