Responsibilities:

• Being responsible for the leadership of the planning, execution and accomplishment of the company's projects, as well as the platforms' new features and integrations according to the system requirements and the organizational strategy.
• Dealing with stakeholders in order to identify business costs, needs and benefits regarding projects.
• Making sure that all the projects are delivered according to deadlines and the definite budget.
• Managing the diverse technologies integrated to the company's ticketing platform, as a technical expert and point of reference.
• Providing consultancy and experience regarding the ticketing platform and its applications.
• Exploring new technologies, trends and opportunities in order to improve the existing products.
• Being in charge of the documentation and communicating with different teams.
• Researching in order to mitigate risks related to the platform, when it comes to compliance, security and availability.
• Considering the company high level vision and goals in order to act.
