IT Project Manager

We are looking for a talented Junior IT Project Manager supporting the company in administering and enhancing the administrational systems and processes. The selected candidate will be part of the Operations Team.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and document requirements, write user stories and align with stakeholders
• Manage the project office:  lead projects, reports status and secure time/scope/budget 
• Coordinate testing and test documentation
• Provide monthly sales and performance reports
• Assist company's markets with system and process related queries
• Assist accounts reconciliation of invoices
• Daily support and backup of the Operations Manager

• Experience in IT project management
• Structured problem solving approach
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications in particular Excel
• Proficiency command of written and spoken English
• Excellent interpersonal communication and team player qualities required
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Willingness to show flexibility and commitment
• Knowledge in programming languages
• Experience in Agile project management would be considered and asset
