Job Description
Ably Resources Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Head of Business to join their client's team on a full-time basis. 

About the client:
An exciting role has arisen for a Head of Business with a large main building contractor in Malta. You will be running the daily operations of the business whilst growing sales and driving operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining relationships with current and potential new stakeholders
• The responsibility for the health and safety of company staff
• Overall leadership and ownership of the company
• Ensuring project delivery (on time and within the budget)
• Making sure the targets you set for your teams are met
• Delegation of work to senior management
• Reporting to the board
• Dealing with contractual obligations and issues in this area that may arise.

Requirements:

• Commercially driven
• 10 years experience in a Senior Manager role
• Results orientated
• MQF Level 6 /7 in Business or related.
