Client Account Manager - Manufacturing

We are currently recruiting for a Client Account Manager with one of the leading players operating within the Manufacturing Industry. The responsibilities include:

• Following up on various projects to make sure they remain on track and communicating with clients regularly to update them on the status of their projects 
• Coordinating the project's life cycle and keeping excellent communication between customers and the manufacturing team to ensure adherence to deadlines and timely delivery of projects.
• Working closely with the quality team to ensure that the client and contractual requirements are being met ensuring a high level of deliverables 
• Devising and implementing strategies to improve on Customer Engagement and Communication, to improve on the current operations
• Improving the current processes in order to obtain continuous improvement and conducting necessary changes where opportunities exist
• Driving and developing account-specific growth together with establishing revenue goals and strategies to enhance the account’ performance.
