Magro Brothers (Foods) Limited is a food manufacturing company based in Gozo, Malta. is currently looking to recruit a Production Team Leader to join their Production Department on a full-time basis.
Duties:
- Monitoring the day to day running and the upkeep of the production line under his / her responsibility;
- Supervising, and motivating employees on the Production Line;
- Monitoring efficiency;
- Maintaining good communication with various departments;
- Ensuring that the company’s Policies and Procedures are being adhered to.
Requirements:
- Must have good communication, leadership and motivation skills;
- Conversant with computer applications;
- Previous work experience in a related job will be considered as an asset;
- Good command of the English language.
