Production Manager

We have a Production Manager role within one of the leading manufacturing companies in Malta. Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Leading the production team and supporting the production manager in all manufacturing activities.
• Coordinating all manufacturing resources and activities so as to ensure that production deliverables are delivered within set timeframes. 
• Driving the team to meet all needs as per company standards. 
• Supporting direct and indirect reports in fulfilling the production plan to ensure target delivery levels.
• Driving continuous improvement against safety, productivity, quality and cost metrics.
• Working within the Quality Management System requirements and procedures including Certification and Customer requirements.
• Handling and delegating administrative tasks required by the position.
• Conducting site visits when necessary.

Working Hours are Monday - Friday 07:30 - 17:30 and Saturdays 07:30 - 12:00

• Currently based in Malta

• Minimum of 4 years experience in a technical leading role is a must.
