Our client, a leader within the manufacturing and FMCG industry, is looking for a Production Manager to manage the daily operation, whilst making sure that the products are being produced within a safe and cost-effective environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, organizing and executing daily operations in line with the company policies and procedures, whilst meeting KPIs
• Contributing to the creation and implementation of best practice Lean vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
• Preparing, analysing and issuing of production and performance reports
• Ensuring effective production inventory management of raw material and packaged material
• Implementing process SOPs to guarantee high level of process standardization whilst ensuring compliance with HACCP and HSE guidelines
• Keeping employees motivated through performance review and training
