Production Leader

A new Product Leader role is now available within the manufacturing industry. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning production and following up on execution to ensure customer demands are met
• Measuring and monitoring production, quality and waste
• Leading, managing and assigning tasks whilst monitoring subordinates
• Coordinating manpower, materials and support services
• Triggering and following up on process improvements in relation to production, quality and waste
• Supporting R&D projects related to process and products
• Devising effective and economical cleaning procedures to maintain the required hygienic standards
• Investigating customer complaints and taking corrective and preventive actions
• Creating and updating documentation related to process 

Working Hours: Day Basis
