Operations Supervisor

Macpherson Mediterranean Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Operations Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis.

Main Function:
We are currently seeking a hands-on individual to join our team, performing a variety of duties relative to this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operations, principally those relative to, but not exclusive to, procurement, production, quality assurance and logistics
• Keeping all timelines, whilst maintaining qualitative targets and value generation
• Prepare and submit periodical reports
• Identify new initiatives to improve processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Self-motivated, smart, efficient, organised, with an outgoing personality
• Strong sense of responsibility and perseverance to achieve
• Articulate and numerate
• Good level of both Maltese and English (candidates unable to speak Maltese need not apply)
• Computer Literacy and proficiency in MS Applications are essential
• Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset.

Working Conditions:

• The successful candidate will report to the General Manager (Technical & Operations).
