Manufacturing Engineering Leader (Injection Moulding)

A position for a Manufacturing Engineering Leader (Injection Moulding) is now available with an international manufacturing company. In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring production to ensure timely completion, adhering to strict deadlines
• Leading 5S continuous improvements and leading 6 Sigma projects
• SMED implementations and implementing lean improvements within the injection moulding structure
• Analysing, understanding and resolving production constraints
• Leading and motivating the production team while supporting the employment of new recruits
• Supporting Quality teams and other internal departments related to the production cycle
• Other ad hoc duties that may arise
