Factory Process Supervisor

Our client is seeking to appoint a Factory Process Supervisor to support the Factory Manager in the day to day of the production unit.  Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure the manufacturing processes are followed by the team
• Develop and support team members where needed during their daily routine
• Drive for Production Targets vis a vis quality, efficiency and achievement
• Liaise with all team members ensuring team goals are met
• Monitor and strive for Continuous Improvement

Shift work - 3day or 2 day shift depending on the time of the year (06:00 t0 14:00 / 14:00 to 22:00 / 22:00 to 06:00)

Education and Experience:

• O’ Level standard of education is a must with a Diploma in Leadership and Management given preference
• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is seen as an asset
• Technical or Quality experience would be ideal
• Proficiency in Maltese and English is required
• Basic IT Skills a must
