Our Client, a Gaming and Entertainment Creation entity is looking for a Workplace Specialist to join their fast growing team. Reporting to the HR Manager, your duties will include:
Develop and implement the company's medium- and long-term strategies, ensuring effective inclusion of employees in various departments
Expertly and competently analyze and make informed decisions about ongoing operations and future plans by reviewing the broader business environment.
Lead research and diagnostic initiatives with HR (e.g. annual employee engagement survey and exit interviews), to optimize employee engagement and build organizational commitment to the culture goals.
Work in partnership with HR on effective internal communications in support of organisational development.
Assiting HR closely with the onboarding process of new employees and the relocation of current ones.
Addressing employee queries related to office management whilst implementing and maintaining office policies and systems.
Working with HR to ensure appropriate guidance is followed in all staff matters,
Handling special projects or initiatives as needed.
Coordinating with external vendors for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the site.
Ensure the facility is well-maintained, is complying with health and safety regulations and legislation and that all office-based policies and procedures are consistently being adhered.
Skill-sets and Requirements
Previous experience in project management or related field is considered an asset.
Minimum of 5 years experience in office management.
Previous experience with international companies is considered an asset.
Must have excellent English communication both written and verbal.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a proactive approach.
Must be comfortable to work independently.
Abide strictly adheres to company philosophy and mission.
Education & Experience
A Level or Degree in a relevant field.
Must be strongly knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
